Is there a weekend pass? How do I reserve camping for weekend?
Hi Wendy,
No, there’s no weekend pass. In the event we have to deal with restrictions again in the future, we have to keep track of our numbers.
There is a campground right next door to our venue, Bashaw Campgrounds, and I believe they have 16 sites.
They don’t take reservations – it’s first come, first serve at $20 per night.
The nearest town for hotels/motels is Ponoka and Stettler – both are approx. 30 mins out.
There is also Willow Grove Campground – about 10 mins away. Here’s their site and it looks like they take reservations: https://www.willowgrovecampground.ca/reservations.html
I have a question, is there going to be camping onsite of within walking distance to the site for those coming from afar…
Thank You

Can you get tickets at the door? Or do they have to be pre-bought?
Hi Kristin,
You can buy your tickets online for a few dollars less or pay at the gate.
Gail
is there self contained camping available for this event on site. I have been to a few Joisting events where this is made possible in an adjacent field

This sounds wonderful – I am so excited!!
So are we Julie! 🙂
Are costumes required for the feast? Please let us know, we need to make arrangements for them!
Hello Celia,
There’s no need to wear a costume to the feast unless you want to. It’s fun if you do though! 🙂
We are hoping to attend this after our family camp trip. But we will have our dogs. Are they allowed?
Sorry Ginny, no dogs allowed. Unless of course it’s a working dog. 🙂
Hi. I just ordered our admittance and feast tickets. Do I receive tickets to print off or will they be at the gate?
Hello Faye,
Your tickets are in your email box. You can either print them off or use the code on your phone to check in.
Gail
Hello, could you please tell me if the Feast is indoor or outside? We would like to dress appropriate for the weather. Thankyou.
Hello Janet,
The Feast is indoors.
🙂
